I live and work in Oregon's Willamette Valley, drawing ongoing inspiration from its rivers, bridges, weather, animals, and seasonal shifts. Alongside my artistic practice, I am currently training as a professional counselor. This education has sharpened my attention to how environments influence emotional regulation, presence, and meaning-making.
My experience -- both personal and professional -- informs a slow, attentive approach to making images that can be lived with over time.

My work is rooted in liminal space: thresholds between land and water, structure and dissolution, stillness and movement. Familiar landscapes are softened by atmosphere, memory, and intuitive mark-making, allowing recognition to coexist with ambiguity.

My work is rooted in liminal space: thresholds between land and water, structure and dissolution, stillness and movement. Familiar landscapes are softened by atmosphere, memory, and intuitive mark-making, allowing recognition to coexist with ambiguity.
I work with a restrained palette dominated by cool blues, turquoise, and indigo, punctuated by subtle warmth. Granulating mineral pigments, layered washes, and dissolving edges play an essential role, inviting the viewer to pause rather than analyze.
Instead of seeking exact representation, I am to capture the felt sense of a place -- how it lingers in the body and imagination.

I offer original artwork and fine art prints, as well as select commissions rooted in landscape, place, and atmosphere. My work is well suited for homes, wellness practices, and professional spaces seeking visual calm and quiet depth.

I offer original artwork and fine art prints, as well as select commissions rooted in landscape, place, and atmosphere. My work is well suited for homes, wellness practices, and professional spaces seeking visual calm and quiet depth.
From time to time, I also accept animal portrait commissions. These are approached in the same spirit as my other work — attentive, intuitive, and grounded in relationship rather than strict likeness. I’m most interested in capturing presence and character, allowing the portrait to reflect something felt as much as seen.
Because my availability varies, animal portraits are offered on a limited basis. If you’re interested, you’re welcome to reach out and we can explore whether the timing and approach feel like a good fit.
